To insure total customer satisfaction we offer a 30-day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.  If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you purchase you may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the item for exchange or refund (excluding delivery and service charges).

Return Policy

In order to receive the full credit on exchanges or refunds, should you decide to return a product, please review the following terms and conditions.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the customer satisfaction guarantee period (30 days from date of purchase) for the item(s).   All items received without an RMA will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.  RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issue.  RMA number must be included within the shipping container.  Returns arriving later will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition.  All parts, manuals, warranty cards, disks, etc. must be included with each return.  All returned items must be returned in their original, unmarked containers (Do not mark, cut, scratch or alter the original container).  Failure to return all items may result in a return of the entire shipment to the sender at the sender's expense.

DictationPros.Com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear.

DictationPros.com strongly recommends using a carrier that can track packages and provide proper insurance when returning merchandise. Customers are responsible for insuring the returned items.  Ship the container inside a proper shipping box with cushioning to prevent shipping damage.  DictationPros.com is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.  Unless otherwise authorized by DictationPros.com, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. DictationPros.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.

DictationPros.com does not allow returns on the following items:  Opened software, headsets, headphones, ear phones, or ear buds.  If you are unsure, please contact DictationPros.com before ordering.

 If you receive a product that is damaged, contact DictationPros.com immediately. Damaged items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt for immediate replacement or credit. Damage due to misuse is not covered and will void the product's warranty. DictationPros.com will pay all costs of returning and replacing damaged items.

DictationPros.com will credit your original payment method with-in 3-5 business days after receiving and examining your return.  

DictationPros.com reserves the right to refuse any return that is damaged or does not meet the conditions of this policy.  We will contact you and let you know if we will offer you a partial refund.  You may either accept this offer or have the item returned to you at your expense.
